Websites Policies

Content Archival Policies

Every content component is created with metadata, source and a validity date. Content that is permanent in nature is reviewed at least once every ten years, unless it is edited or removed earlier when required. Content is not displayed on the website after its validity date.

Short-lived content such as tenders, recruitment notices and events is no longer relevant once its purpose has been served. Content such as documents, reports and news is reviewed regularly as set out in the Content Review Policy.

Content is reviewed at least two weeks before its validity date. If it is still relevant, it is revalidated and the validity date is changed; otherwise it is moved to the archive and is no longer shown on the main pages. Archived content remains available in the "Archive" section of the relevant page.

This policy is in force and is followed while maintaining the website

Every content element goes through the life cycle of creation, modification, approval, moderation, publishing and expiry. Content is published only after it has been moderated and approved. If it is rejected at any level, it is returned to the contributor for correction.
